Parasite Management
For A Healthy Life

Happy & Healthy

True care means looking beyond appearances. Parasites are a reality for every horse—but not every case needs treatment. Mild infestations can help build immunity and for years, horses were dewormed routinely, often unnecessarily. This has led to dangerous resistance, especially in young animals.

With no new deworming drugs in sight, we urgently need better solutions. That’s why we’re changing the way we manage parasites—with thoughtful, targeted care that puts the horse’s wellbeing first. It’s not just medicine. It’s respect, responsibility, and a promise to protect.

Evidence Backed Care

Since 2019, we have moved away from "routine" deworming to scientifically backed, evidence-based care. Every horse is regularly tested through our dedicated parasitology lab, and only those in need receive treatment. This approach has reduced unnecessary deworming by 22%, helping preserve drug effectiveness and improve animal health.

When needed, we rotate pastures with other species—nature’s way of breaking the parasite cycle. It’s science with soul: combining cutting-edge knowledge with deep compassion to ensure our animals thrive, inside and out.

Pet Protection

Dogs and cats also need protection from parasites—both for their health and ours. We screen all pets regularly, as even small infestations can be dangerous. Roundworms, for example, can cause serious harm in puppies, kittens, and even humans. Their eggs can survive in soil and fur for months, spreading through contact or contaminated food.

Routine fecal checks every three months (or more for outdoor pets) are essential. Parasite care isn’t just a medical task—it’s a quiet act of love, ensuring that our animals are truly safe, cherished, and cared for.
