Roxy, Sandy, Sonya and Tango spent their lives performing in a travelling circus. When the circus collapsed financially, everything changed.
Born in captivity and raised around people, they could never survive in the wild. With no permanent home and nowhere else to go, they faced an uncertain future. Thankfully, help arrived before it was too late.

Working together with Gut Aiderbichl, we helped create a purpose-built sanctuary in Romania where these magnificent tigers could finally live in peace.
For the first time, they could roam large outdoor spaces, cool off in a natural swimming pond, rest in warm shelters and simply enjoy life without fear or performance.
Every part of the sanctuary has been designed around their needs, giving them the space, freedom and dignity they were denied for so many years.
Through gentle, patient care, our experienced team helps each tiger feel safe and secure, allowing them to build trust.
For the first time in their lives, they no longer have to perform for survival. They can simply live as tigers should.
Our Promise Doesn't End With Rescue
Rescuing these tigers was only the beginning.
Because they were born in captivity, they can never return to the wild. The sanctuary is their home for life.
